There was s link posted on another thread to a tutorial for this.
Yours is so pretty. I have a couple of dishes to make some myself. I got those magnets at WM also, in the crafts section. they are small, I think I will look at Hobby Lobby and see if they have a bigger size. |

Very pretty pin dish. I have one word of precaution... Do Not use it anywhere near your computerized sewing machine. When I owned my Quilt Shop, I had one sitting beside my machine, it held everything from pins to paperclips. Anyway, one day the Janome dealer popped in for a visit and noticed the dish. Needless to say, I got reamed out, because apparently the stronger magnets can harm your computer in the machines. To this day, I now use a weighted pincushion, no metal or magnets near my machines.
