RDM 02-23-2011 01:59 PM

Great job well done and what a considerate son to ask what you would like.

dljennings 02-23-2011 01:59 PM

i bet you'll keep that in your studio forever... and when he has kids, you'll show it to them....

G'ma Kay 02-23-2011 02:44 PM

He'll make some woman a fine husband some day! I told my daughters to look for a man who helps his Mom, they will help you, too.

I agree! He could make them and sell them at a LQS or a church bazaar or even a garage sale. I know that lots of sewing moms and grandmas would love to buy one. Tell him to keep up the good work!!

Phannie1 02-23-2011 03:22 PM

You have a son to be proud of. Love the idea. I have to find some wood and nails and make myself one. Had no sons and all daughters are grown and gone, so when I want something built, I do it myself. Thanks for the pic,

What a great and loving birthday gift. You should be very proud of this mom. I always loved and still do gifts from my two. I always loved the homemade ones when they were small. I still have many of them, cards, etc. Happy Birthday to you!

tweezy50 02-24-2011 07:28 AM
