Marie's Precious Sadie

Marie asked me to post this picture for her as she couldn't get it to post. She asked me to make a picture of Sadie for her husband, as a surprise. They had lost Sadie to cancer and she wanted a memory quilt of her likeness. After lots of e-mailing back and forth I finally was able to achieve at least part of my goal. This is fusible applique and measures approximately 20 x 24. Thanks for looking from both of us.P. S. I wish all of my customers were as easy to please and work with. Marie has been a complete gem and I look forward to furthering our friendship. The second picture is the one she e-mailed to me.

First of all, Thank You Cuppi for posting this for me. I can't begin to put into words the thril and gratitude to Cuppi I felt when I opened this package! I was teary eyed because it looks EXACTLY like her! My husband, who generally does not have many accolades, loves this piece and even took it to show some of his friends! Now that is a REAL compliment coming from him! This piece is truly an astounding work of art which has a special place in our hearts and in our living room. Everyone to whom I sent the picture had comments like "awesome, gorgeous, beautiful, etc." A couple of my friends are going to contact Cuppi about their pets. The director of the Airedale Rescue where we got Sadie has saved the info for future use. Most probably she is thinking about a fundraiser. I am still overwhelmed with the beauty of this piece.
