Marionquilts, from Rhonda's Wall Hanging Swap, sent me scraps from some of her projects and I turned them into what I think is a happy little quilt. Finished quilt is 19 x 16".

The center is made of Square in a Square block and I off set them and added a half of a SIS block at the top and bottom of alternating rows. Love the zig zag pattern it created.

The back has a sleeve for a dowel. For small WHings like this I just push two straight pins in the wall and set the dowel on them.

Cut and sand the dowel to the length you want. I like to have the dowel show about an inch or two on either side and I will paint them to match the quilt.

That was my original plan for the paisley, great minds think alike! I borrowed a few inches for this project!
