Your quilting is always just absolutely amazing!

absolutely gorgeous!!!
Your work is just "too much". (that means good) You should hold your own quit show in the middle of the country and display all of your quilts and then we could all come to see them.--or we could just come to visit you in WA.

What a lovely family heirloom this be be. Kudos to missellie and Charisma.
Beautifully Done!

The quilt and the quilting are both gorgeous! Nice job ladies... and yes, your mother would have been so pleased and proud!!! What a treasure!!!
This quilt is amazing. Congrats to the good work of the piecer and the exceptional work by the quilter. Charisma you do so many different patterns in your quilting I was wondering how many stops and starts you do in a quilt say like this one? Just curious. Thanks
A very beautiful quilt and your quilting is too!
Gorgeous quilt, and your quilting made it even better! I'm sure MissEllie is thrilled!

This was one of the first quilts I made (over 20 years ago) and when I saw Charmisa's quilting, knew she would be the one to bring it to life. Thank you Charisma. |

I LOVE the plaid sash border... and i love the way you place the feathers and the touches of "corner work" in the machine quilting... may i ask whether you think this thru with the quilt on a wall, or when it's on the frame..i do have a small throat machine on my frame... but am quite comfortable with it.... i'm getting up the courage to try some of your technique... i think i can do it.... i know it will take a ton of practice.. but am looking forward to it.... thank you for giving me "permission" to put feathers where you do... :) I think we all learn from eachother..you are welcome to any of my panning ideas! As far as planning..I actually don't have a design wall. I had a small one in my last room....to hang a few blocks..Most of the time I pull the quilts out look at them ...kind of study them for a bit and go from there...sometimes when I am pinning on I still don't know what i am going to quilt..LOL. It just comes to me. Was that clear as mud? |

Can I convince you to move to the Blue Ridge Mtns. in NC, quilters need you here! We'll even find you a home with a view on a mountain side. |
All of your FMQ is beautiful. You definitely have a "special talent".

I have no idea how many starts and stops..quite a few...especially one like this because of the diagonal lines of the square on point...same with a quilt like trips around the world...Thanks! Charisma |
Absolutely gorgeous on both parts!
Beautiful quilt and quilting. Another amazing job!
Love it and it is beautiful as always!!
Wow! I hope you still know us folks when you get to be famous!

Once more, a magnificent piece of art from piece maker and quilter. You take my breath away and words fail me. Golly, gee and stuff like that!!! Just wonderful all the way.

Hi Charisma! Great job on this quilt and great job by Miss Ellie! I was wondering if you ever thought of putting a video up of you quilting a small quilt so we can actually see how you quilt? I have always wanted to watch someone do a whole quilt but haven't had the chance yet. Also, wanted to ask you what fabric is on the back of this quilt? Thanks and keep up the great work!
Wonderfully done, both piecing and quilting.
Wow! The quilt is fabulous, and your quilting never ceases to amaze me! You're so talented!
Blessings, MaryAnna |
Thanks Gellybean402 for the nice compliment. And I must say, Charisma's quilting makes the quilt! The quilt back is simply muslin.
Lovely!!

Charisma, you just get better and better all the time. The quilting on this one couldn't be any better.
Scrappy is wonderful, but you pushed it over the top. Well done. |

I have to say there are 100's of HST and I didn't see one point cut off! Exceptional piecing! I wanted to highlight the pattern in this scrappy quilt....The black square on point, the red star and the flying geese borders. I put in feather wreaths, feather swags, stipple in several areas to highlight the design elements and simple wavy line to break up some areas and provide texture. That's my favorite word "texture". I used Hobbs polydown batting. I quilted this on my 26 INNOVA. No computer or pantograph quilting. Thanks for looking! |
