more inherited Quilt tops

Here are 2 that was started being quilted by hand.... and I am trying to finish them by hand... (sorry the pictures are not the greatest, the floor was not big enough to stretch them all out)..... I love both of these!!

Wow. What fun just looking at them. I don't know that I would have the patience to hand quilt but since they started out that way that would be the way to finish. Myself, I would be finding someone to do it for me. Lovely inheritance. Like Christmas all over again. Amazing what makes us happy.

Wow! just amazing that no one in her family wanted to keep any of these. By the way the 7th quilt in the first post was the same pattern as the top I bought over the weekend. What size are the quilt tops? So glad you rescued them.

Looks like a couple are twin size... and some full and then I believe one is a queen.. I haven't really measured any yet, but by looking at them that is what it seems!

Love the way your quilting the Grandmothers Flower Garden. I have been hand sewing one for about three years. When I finish I think it will be quilted in that same way. The lone star is beautiful too. Love the colors. Man I just can't imagine having so many tops to finish. Thank you for the eye candy.

Can you cash in the next 10 years worth of birthdays and Christmases and buy a long arm? With that many tops to complete, it would almost be worth it to look for one.
