More trivets!

We have become friends with an executive chef from France. He also works with a female chef who is always so friendly when we go to the restaurant where they work. I made them each two trivets for Christmas - hope they enjoy them!

Oh I love the fabric. Where did you get it?

I bought the fabric at a local quilting store: Along Came Quilting (Calgary, Alberta, Canada).
I have lots left so will have to make more trivets later on.

Je suis trivets are stunning!! beautiful work
|
That's great. I wish I could find that material!
|
Wow! I can't imagine really using them as a trivet...much too classy to get any drips or drops on them. Did you use a particular kind of batting for heat? Are these your own patterns...they are just great.
