Congrats on all your wonderful finishes. I know it's a great accomplishment.

Congratulations on your retirement. It certainly looks like you are enjoying the extra time to be in your sewing room. Wonderful finishes and hope some of them were items you took from a UFO pile...that always has a great feeling.

jmoore, you've made me smile. Only one was from my UFO pile. My UFO pile actually got bigger. But now that I've been able to practice more with my mid-arm, I should be ready to finish up more UFOs in the 2019. First, I'll have to put together some backing fabric and add some borders. But since I think I'd only finished two miniature quilts over the past five or so years, I'm very happy with the tally for 2018!

2018 was a very productive year for you & you did well! I love them all but adore the brown/black quilt. Can't wait to see what you do in 2019!

Love the underwater one. It's like looking up from the Blue Hole (I think thats what it's called) and heading for the surface and the sunshine. Really nice.

Thank you! That was exactly the effect for which I was aiming, based on snorkeling in the Galapagos. The animals are all ones I've seen on my trips there.

You have made some wonderful quilts this year! I am looking forward to the day I can stay in my pj's and stay in my sewing room all day :)
