It's only a guess of when she made them. Country folks just didn't date quilts or at least my country folks didn't. She died in 1949 and she was ill several years prior. My aunt left home in 1941, so the quilt could have been made in the 20s or early 30s.

Yes, I'm thrilled to have found them. This is the second time that I was cleaning and found a quilt made by gg-grandma. And the quilts are made with REAL cotton picked from the fields

This is the first quilt I found about 2 years ago. My i-friend Alexis was kind enough to redraw it for me in EQ. It's on my to-do list to make one day.

Great quilts! How would you repair that one? I have one of my Moms from a long time ago that is in need of repair but I don't know how to go about it.
