My banded star is done

It's now done [except for the label and sleever :) ]. I'm so please that you talked me into the navy. I think it makes the star more of the main focus. I did the fireworks quilting with my embroidery machine from digitizing some free clip art. And it's in time to put on my new door on Tuesday for the holiday weekend :thumbup:

What a cute little tribute to our next holiday. Love the little fireworks quilting. It is such a nice touch that makes is piece special for our fourth of July. I have some striped fabric almost identical to what you used and for the life of me could not figure out what to do with it. Now I know!
