1 Attachment(s)
This is the first pictures I have tried to post. the green and black is a bargello by D.Lockwood and I loved piecing it. Not sure how I am going to quilt it yet, any suggestions?

So pretty! Great job. Not sure how to quilt it but I am sure others will chime in.
Very pretty so far! Perhaps quilt kind of following the pattern~
Really nice looking. I don't t know about how to quilt it but I sure would like to see it when you do.
Beautiful quilt. like a figure 8.
Uhhhhh, PRETTY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I see a lot of in the ditch quilting. You don't want to much quilting to take away from the design of the quilt.
This is one of the best Bargello's I have seen - I love the colors and the design - the quilting - I think you could follow the diagonal lines of the quilt or feathers - I really think the quilt speaks for itself and doesn't need anything fancy in the quilting - at least that is what I think.
Stunning!! Beautiful work.
Oh my goodness that is one beautiful quilt. Don't know about the quilting but the quilt is beautiful on its own.
Very cool!

I really really like your quilt. The colors are great. When I look at it I see a heart on top of a heart. Great Job.
Turned out lovely. Love his designs.
very nice. I have never tried one of these quilts but I like them.
Oh how gorgeous, a lot of work, and you did a great job. Thanks for sharing with us.
wow! way cute
Oh my, that is beautiful, never would have thought to do green and black. Love it
Beautiful quilt! Personally I would try to quilt along with the design! Can't wait to see it completed!
Awesome quilt!!!!
This is a BEAUTIFUL QUILT ! You did a fantastic job ! I think I would do a sample block first before quilting quilt. Just to get an idea of what it would look like, if you have any scraps left that you could make a small block out of. I would like to see what it would look like if you just quilted around the darkest colors. like skip a row and then quilt next dark color. too much quilting will make it heavy. really would love to see it after you quilt it.
Stunning quilt! I don't understand the comment that too much quilting will make it heavy. Thread doesn't weigh *that* much. I see hearts when I look at this pattern, so perhaps feathered hearts in the center green areas, echoed by feathered wreaths in the gold and grey... but I am not good at picking quilting designs. It will be gorgeous no matter how you quilt it
Love to see your work!! It is always so original and absolutely beautiful!! Can't wait to see how you decide to go with the quilting...for me that is one of the most difficult decisions.
Very nice love it! SUPER job!
Beautiful quilt!
Don't know how to quilt it but it is absolutely gorgeous.!!!!
A very beautiful quilt. It is my favorite of that pattern type.
I love this quilt. I would do a simple stipple with beige thread not to take away from the beauty of this piecing.
