My Beautiful Blue Bargello
 

This is a quilt that I'm making for my dear friend Corinne. I haven't got it longarmed yet, but am so happy with it, I just had to share!! The pattern is Diamonds Jubilee designed by Nancy A. Smith. Thanks for looking!

Is this done by sewing strips into tubes? I was reading directions on a site and got very confused. I couldn't follow what they were saying. I've always wanted to make one. Is that how you did it or is there another way? SVAL

Sval, this isn't a tube bargello. You sew your fabric into strips and then cross cut them. I would say it is an intermediate pattern but the instructions are very good.
