Ok, I'll try and get a closeup of the corner of it. Won't be able to do it until later. Have a meeting I need to get ready for, but will post after I get back from meeting.

You go girl!!!!!!!!! I really like the cardinal fabric. Where did you get it?

bj 09-19-2008 06:36 PM

I love your quilt. My mom was the bird lover in our family. I like the Irish chain made with the printed big squares. I don't think I've seen one that didn't have white, solid, or embroidery in the middles of the chains. It's very striking with all the birds. Great job!

That's PRETTY! You did a great job.

I found the fabric at Ben Franklins.
It says Cranston Print Works 2005 on the edge....if that's any help.

That is just fabulous! I have been making and selling quilts for about a year, and depending on my cost I sell them for about $100-$200 depending on a lot of factors, so I can see you easily getting $100 for this!

I wish I could sell my stuff at a craft fair! BEAUTIFUL quilt!

tlrnhi 09-21-2008 11:28 AM

Well, there are a few seams that don't match up EXACTLY, so I really cannot justify $200 or more

I love the gold that you chose to go with it. Nice job.

I thought the gold would look better than white.
Like I said before, wasn't sure how it was going to turn out, but glad it came out good!
