My Dad just finished my new thread cabinet and I just had to show it off. It holds almost 1200 spools of thread. My embroidery machine fits perfectly on top and the top drawer holds my hoops. It also matches the sewing cabinet he built me last year perfectly.

I hope he signed it on the back, or on the side of the inside of one or more of the drawers. I have some Ethan Allen that is done that way, and it will always be easy to identify.

His name, date and place built and for whom. That will make it easy to call it an heirloom, and down the years it will be used with love.
