Great little blankie. she did such a good job for so many ties. I'm surprised you could get her to hold still that long

Good for her, I love quilting with my daughter; when she is not riding horses. The older she get the less time we have together. ENJOY every moment

How CUTE! Good job and I bet it is comfy. She's proud, I bet. Thanks for the pic so we could see.

Ps 150 01-21-2011 11:18 AM

She's so appreciative of all these kind remarks. She worked on a bit of it here and there so she didn't really have to sit still very long. But we were out fabric shopping not long ago and she loved this fabric with 4-5" roses on it so I think we might have a new quilt in the making. She's looking at different patterns but hasn't decided yet. We made a peekaboo cathedral quilt along with her sister last winter but this would be her first fabric quilt by herself. Her sister, age 8, is starting a Chinese Coin Quilt next week so I'm sure we'll have a lot more pics in the next few months.

Wow what a great job she did I wonder what her next project will be,

Ps 150 01-24-2011 05:23 AM

She wants to do something with this fabric that has really large roses so I'm thinking she might be doing some fussy cuts in the next quilt.
