... and it has to be finished on Monday, to enter into the Fair. It's her 4-H project. But it is the last thing to be completed out of her 5 projects...

It does look great. Probably should have posted in pictures. How old is your daughter and how does she plan on finishing it? Due to the short deadline I am assuming machine quilt or possibly tied?
Anyway great job. Amazing how a simple single block pattern, sashing and corner blocks can come together to make such a beautiful quilt and complex looking quilt. |

My daughter's ego is swelling slightly at all the wonderful comments. Thanks for all those comments, too. I'll post pics of all the projects after Tuesday (I don't have some and the cooking won't be done until Monday).
Older DD has 5 projects. Younger DD has 4 projects. Older DS has 3 projects. Younger DD has 1 project. So there will be LOTS of pics. And Older DD and I are entering the quilt block competition. I'll post pics of those, too. I'll have to get a pic of last year's quilt blocks (they were turned into a quilt and will be auctioned off the last day of Fair). Have a wonderful day! |
