This is my first attempt at a doll quilt. I swore I would never make one because of how small they are. I have to tell you never say never. I made this for an auction for a local charity. The huge bear goes with it! I call it teddy bears picnic. The back lined up perfectly straight! The sashing is the same as the back.
I wish the picture came out better. The sashing has red hearts inbetween the plaid. I just love it my DH wanted different fabric but once he saw it he loved it too! I want to win!! I've made around the world before if I had know how it would have turned out I would have used smaller sized fabric! |
Beautiful

I love the way it looks. From a distance it looks like a rag doll quilt. Nice job.

Hope it does well
Great Job  |
So are you addicted? You have learned one of the first guidelines to making small quilts--use smaller scale fabric. Keep up the good work and let's see more.
The bear and the quilt are absolutely precious. OBTW--I see you are new here. Hello and welcome from an Iowa girl! |
Very nice!

Wow, I am impressed. That is a lot of tiny pieces. Looks great. Good luck.
