I have read them all -- and they did also. They even like thw lord of the rings books -- I never could get into them. But I love Harry Potter

I think I'm getting inspired again -- The pattern is one of the few that I didn't get rid of when I moved the first time. I think I shipped it to Olympia. I really like the different batiks for the background squares -- I think I will do it in blues and greens.

And I will put in a church in Wales I took a pix of, where legend has it there was a dragons nest on top of the square "steeple" tower. Instead of a castle.

You might also like "The People: No Different Flesh" by Zenna Henderson.

Sorry to get off the subject, it's just that reading, for me, is as heart-healing as quilting. I love both !

Thumbs up to you for having such a wonderful imagination, then being able to display it in such a beautiful quilt.

Reading is as important as quilting -- both stretch the imagination.

Remember when we used to put newspaper down on a wet kitchen floor to keep people out?? my kids used to say that I would never get across the floor -- I would read all the articles before I got there LOL
