my first attempts
3 Attachment(s)
Here are my first attempts, the first was a queen size quilt, nobody told me to start small, I think now that I could have used the colours better.
Mu second was a kit -fancy that from dog house designs my hubby bought me when we visited St Augustine, FL. which is white and blue, the blue is nice fabric with silver embossing. My third is a quilt for my eldest son Greg, its a king size and I use the same fancy that pattern but I bought good quality egyptian cotton bedding and used it for this. I'm off shopping today for fabric for my next project. |
First, welcome from Texas and second, those are great quilts.
|
Very nice all of them. Big projects for your first one and you finished them all. I really like the fabric you used in the second one. Amazing how a pattern can look different with the use of different fabrics.
