My first bed size quilt!!!

I have made several baby quilts, but they've always been checkerboard pattern. This was a big step for me and I love the way it turned out. It's definitely not perfect, but I can't wait to start my next project. I still have to piece the back together and then a friend of mine is going to teach me how to use her long arm! I can't wait.

I think your little quilt inspector thinks the quilt is perfect! Me, too. I love the large prints mixed with the blenders. It adds so much drama to a quilt!

Beautiful! She will be so proud to have that on her big girl bed when she's ready!!!! (I love the pink, too. I have three grandsons but my next chance at a girl to spoil and make girly things for will be a great-granddaughter.)
