Beautiful--all of it. Good luck on your future ventures.

What beautiful work!! You must come to Paducah, KY next April to the AQS show. You would be a sensation. A couple of years ago Jacqueline de Jonge came from the Netherlands and displayed her work at Hancock's of Paducah during the show. She gave demos while there, and sold many many of her patterns. I know, I bought them. Would love to see you do the same. We have 30 to 40 thousand ladies attending this show which lasts most of the last week in April.

ruck9085 07-10-2011 07:40 AM

leaha 07-10-2011 07:44 AM

I agree with everyone - your quilt show is beautiful and inspiring. The quilt racks give a unique, open "feel" to the display. Have never seen these before. Hope the idea catches on here in the Atlanta area.

quiltgran2 07-10-2011 08:31 AM

Congratulations. Wish I'd been there. Love the U.K. so much. Add a beautiful quilt show....what more could you ask for.

Thank you everyone, I loved it, I am SUCH a show off!

And as for the lady who mentioned Paducah, I would love to come to that one day. I know De Jonge's work very well and don't think I'm worthy of her just yet. :D

J and L are so busy with various activities, sometimes I feel like a social secretary and taxi service combined! :D They've really settled well here in England and are doing great at school. Joey has his play tonight - Cinderella (he's not playing the lead! ).
