You did a great job. Noone is perfect & you are the only one who knows it's not.:)
Everyone makes mistakes, no matter how long they have been quilting or sewing. It is just part of the process. Don't get discouraged, just keep going. Your quilt is a labor of love! And I like what you created.
if we could all quilt perfectly the first try out there would be no room to grow. what fun would that be? every quilt we make we learn something new, try new techniques and just have fun. just remember, no one is perfect. a friend of mine and I look at the quilts in the magazines, look real close, some corners don't meet perfectly, so that tells you even the pros aren't perfect. just enjoy the process

It is lovely and bright. Mistakes...... only you see them and if you take two steps backwards, they are minimized. Anyway, as long as we learn from our mistakes, all is well. Now we are waiting for your next show-and-tell.
It's lovely, you should always treasure it as your first of many more quilts to follow.
Beautiful, great job!!!
That quilt looks great! I see no reason for you to be hung-up about your projects. Go for it! Thanks for sharing.
I have been sewing a long, long time. Quilting, not so long. Just the other day I thought, now how in the world do I make that mistake AGAIN. We are our own worst critics because we KNOW where EVERY little boo boo is. No one else does (usually) unless we point it out. Just keep going and you will gain so much confidence and know-how. This quilt looks great from where I am sitting. The colors go well together. Please share your next project with us--and quickly. Remember we didn't learn to walk proficiently in one day.
I have a sign in my studio that says: There are no rules. There are no mistakes. If I make a mistake I can fix it. But, again, there are no rules! As stated before, only you will know of the mistake, the labor of love will always shine thru & no one else will notice. You did a great job, keep posting more of your work.
OK so whats wrong with it I cant see anything at all
Looks wonderful to me. If I did not have mistakes every once in a while, I would think I was doing something wrong.
I love the reds and pinks together. Remember, you are suppose to have a God block in every quilt. That is a block that isn't perfect so that we remember that only God is perfect! And I always have at least one God block in each of my quilts.
I love it - you did a terrific job!
it's soooo pretty! you should be flaunting that quilt shouting "look what i made!".
looks good to me - great job!!!
shhhhhhhhh, don't tell anyone, but no human is 'perfect'. Lighten up on yourself and enjoy the process. Life is way to short to bypass the journey in search of perfection. Your quilt is AMAZING, keep up the great work and enjoy the addiction!
I think it looks just lovely. Great job and I bet you learned a few things. Don't be so hard on yourself, just enjoy the process and the finished product will look lovely. Thanks for posting.
It's lovely! And remember, you need to have a couple "imperfections" to make it so people can tell it's homemade. If it was "perfect", it would look all mass-produced.
That is very pretty! Nothing is perfect til we get to heaven!
Looks good to me! Nice work and such a happy combination of colors. Keep sharing!!
It's so pretty!
Makes me yearn for strawberries and cream! It's lovely, and any mistakes aren't visible to me. Besides, I subscribe to the motto "Anything worth doing is worth doing badly." I had to think about that one when I first ran across it, and then realized its meaning and real value.
I like it...love the colors!! You are the only one who will ever notice the mistakes. :)
Looks good to me.
I recently discovered a block left over from a quilt I made 4-5 years ago....I hadn't been quilting long and it was a difficult pattern....that said it was absolutely atrocious!!! Width of lines in didn't match from one end to the another....the block wasn't square....I was mortified when I saw it. I pieced the same block with left over fabric and the difference is like night and day!! I'm keeping that first block just the way it is as a reminder of how far I've come!!! Believe I said this before: There is only one being that is perfect!!!
Bright and beautiful. Time brings perfection but enjoy the journey and new never think we have reached the goal. Lovely quilt. Give it a hug.
We all make mistakes, but that is how we learn.
Your first? Are you pulling our leg!! Looks just beautiful! And professional!
Why oh why are we so hard on ourselves? My horse and I couldn't see anything but a super quilt when we went by. You did good girl. Waiting to see the next quilt. Thanks for showing us. BrendaK
Congrats on finishing a terrific quilt! Looking forward to seeing your future creations! :)
Just keep going. No one of us is perfect.
I have been quilting since 1989, and I can't see your mistakes. Go for it. Each quilt you make will get better, and you will learn more and become more confident.
Perfect is boring! :)
Looks great from here!
Great job...love your work.
Mistakes???????? It was just your interpretation. I think it looks beautiful! Perfect is for God.
Each quilt is it's own variation on intrepretation.
Good job! You are DEFINITELY too hard on yourself. Remember the rule: if you lay the quilt on the sidewalk, then ride your bicycle by it on the street, and you can see errors, then you have something to worry about. If you can't see the errors, they aren't there. :)

Not sure were you're mistakes are, it looks lovely to me. I have been quilting for years. I still make mistakes...I mean my little signatures, that marks the quilt as created by me. :) lol
