My friend Tonya went to Hawaii last year and brought me back these beautiful little precut rectangles. I didn't know what to do with them but this board came to my rescue. You guys sent me to this website: http://lisaboyer.blogspot.com/2009/0...-giveaway.html
I used black trying to make the colors show up. It's really simple but I like it. Thanks for looking Sorry the pictures arent so great, it is HUGE so it's hard to get a picture PLEASE UNDERSTAND THIS HAS NOT BEEN IRONED LOL |

What a great idea! I have a box full of home dec fabric taken from a book of sample fabrics of the same line. I have already cut into 6" squares. I could either use the squares as is, or I could cut the squares in half to have the rectangles. Will have to pull them out to see what sashing would be best to highlight the colors in the fabrics. I hope you don't mind us piggy-backing off of your idea. And thanks for the link. Although white is not my idea to use in my home (wink -- too many little ones and teens loving up my quilts), it is a gorgeous quilt.
