The more I see of these, the more I want to do one, but even with the posted tutorial, I am just soooo chicken to try this.

That is awesome!!! Can't wait to see it completed.

Wow you would never know it was fish, Ilove the look of the blocks. Can you make this with the kalidascope ruler, and what size do you make them. LuAnn

The blocks are awesome :D:D:D

I'm psyched. So much movement! As much as I stalk the aisles at JA, I haven't seen this one. Will go on line. Another one I saw that was cool was the pink flamingos carried by JA. I wondered who would buy and use such horrid fabric until I saw a girl at my guild make a OBW with them. It was striking. The fish colors appeal to me more. Glad you posted.

This is beautiful! The curves in the fish give so much movement in the finished blocks. I'll be watching your progress with interest - I have some koi fabric to OBW but it's not as bright as this one. :-D

Love it! It's going to be sooo cool! Deb and clem, I found the scariest part to be the cutting; you can take a class to get over that hump as I did, or cheat by buying panels, which make finding and aligning the repeats very easy.

Wow! I've just got to try the OBW. Thanks for sharing this.

That is awesome! I love it!
