I know, I'm really bad with the scraps. If it's around 1/4 meter or less, I'll put it aside to give to my mother, but the smaller pcs I just can't be bothered to have hanging around, I have like NO room in my basement. My mother has been asking me to keep them for her, maybe I'll put an extra waste paper basket and throw them in there and then package them up for her.

I keep a grocery bag from Trader Joe's underneath the treadle machine for my usable scraps. When it is full I go thru it and can make scrap quilts or whatever.
