My bad news is that my local JoAnns doesn't do that. I was looking at 2 bolts of fabric, both stained, and asked if they could discount it because of the stain. I was told that no, they couldn't discount. The manager had decided that if someone wanted the fabric, they would buy it and work around whatever stains there might be. :thumbdown:
