What a cutie! She is so fortunate that you have the patience to teach her. A new quilter I think!

Wonderful to have a 'mini me.' Start them young...they won't forget. Nice stitching and very cute 'mini me.' I think there's some impishness in those gorgeous eyes!

My grandson is getting a sewing machine for his 4th birthday, he loves to help his mum and me when we sew.

She's quite a "doll". Love her and really glad to see she is learning to sew. I learned young, too, but it was at first whipstitching dish towels. My last project was in 4-H and I made a dress. It was sort of wool and brown and yellow plaid. Boy, did I tear out stitches a lot. My Mother was a 4-H leader and my sewing had to be perfect. Glad now that she did that. I won a ribbon and appeared on when it first came out. Man, were those cameras hot !!!

Ahhhh! The next generation. I love to see the young ones. Those squares are matched up very nicely.

Such a cute little girl. So glad to see she is starting out so young. Many kids do not have the opportunity to learn. The schools in my area have taken "Home Ec", (cooking and sewing) classes out of their curriculum and retired the Home Ec Teachers. I am surprised to see how many people do not even know how to sew on a button or hem a garment. I am thankful for my Mom teaching me how to sew, early in my life and that I also was able to take Home Ec sewing in my school years. I am teaching my granddaughter how to sew.

How darling and how great that she has a neighbor like you-!

That is so great you are teaching her, and this will last a life time. She is doll.

Please tell her that she did a great job and keep it up for years to come!
