What priceless treasurers! How wonderful to be able to pass on your mother's love.

That is very sweet of you to finish her UFOs for her! I agree for you to be sure to save one for yourself. You deserve to keep one as well. You are a wonderful daughter and sister!

Once again I agree with Tartan, please do keep one for yourself. I was quilting at the same time as my mother and she didn't make one for me, before she couldn't do it anymore. I did "end" up with one she made but it had previously been for an aunt who had commissioned it.

Sending my condolences on your loss. Your love of quilting is a blessing, and your Mom may have know to leave notes in the event she needed help in getting everyone's quilt done. She knew you would be the one to finish these. Your generous nature is a lesson for all of us. As I've followed your posts, it's been obvious you have a passion for the things you do and a great deal of energy.
