Here is one of my projects I am working on. Its the old trendel machine base I refinished while I am waiting to send the machine to Billy. I still have to find sme drawers for it too

Seahug, was there any veneer on the cabinet before?? Mine has veneer that is coming up and there is wood underneath. I am going to sand and stain that if the grain is good I think.

Hello and yes there was veneer on the table. Like yoursa it was peeling too. I believe the wood is Oak.

check ebay for the drawers - I looked once for something for my treadle, and was amazed at what was for sale there. All parts for the old cabinets were available. If not one week, check later. J*
