My Newest Mimi

I did make this from a kit......squares finish at 1". In total it's 10x10. Mini's take less time and definitely take up less space.....a major consideration for me right now.

WOW ! I don't think with my fat fingers I could do that - looks great :)

grammy Dwynn 05-21-2012 07:09 AM

OMG! :) Cute, nice work.

chairjogger 05-21-2012 07:22 AM

Love it ! did you use the Add A Quarter ruler? love the differant fabrics that bring texture. :0)

lollygagging 05-21-2012 10:11 AM

Cute mini. I believe that's the smallest twister quilt I've yet to see. Love the scrappy look. Thanks for sharing.

Judith1005 05-21-2012 10:20 AM

That is awesome. I just bought two of the twister tools. A 4" to make a baby quilt and the 2 1/2 to make mini quilts. And, I was afraid to get the really small twister tool. So, awesome job!!! I love the way you use the light and dark. Very pretty.

Neesie 05-21-2012 11:30 AM

Love the mini. Need to find a tut so I can make one. Had the tool for over six months now and don't understand how to use it.

cleodaisy 05-22-2012 09:36 AM

Such a sweet mini quilt. One of my guilds wants everyone to make a mini, and I really needed an idea. I hope you don't mind if I am a copy-cat.

sewdarnbusy 05-23-2012 05:10 AM

Impressive! kudos for your hard work. Tiny isn't any easier than large... you still had to put 400 pieces together using the same method. It's very cute. I know you will enjoy it for years to come.
