That is pretty.
It is amazing what the blocks look like after they are cut up. |
Wow - beautiful! You sure picked the right fabric!
Are you going to use a black background like Kona black? |
that is going to be beautiful!
Beautiful so far
I just picked up a book at the library on stack and whack. Can hardly wait to go get fabric. Your fabric is beautiful.

WOW You have a great quilt growing. Excellent choice of fabric

Oooh, those are some pretty blocks! I just got my fabric in the mail that I ordered for my OBW. I CANNOT wait to get started on it...but I have to wait. I'm in the middle of two projects, one that was promised a long time ago, and another that I need to finish quickly...so I have to get those done, first.
Wow, those are beautiful!!!!!!!!!! :D
I love them!! :D:D:D
That's looking mighty pretty!
Looking good! Anxious to see the final result!
That is turning out beautiful. I love the way those look. I have similar fabric and I want to do the same thing.
Oh I love these! My question is what is the difference between stack & whack and the one block wonder?
Beautiful blocks, can't wait to see it all come together.
Wish I knew how to do those. |
So how is this done? Is there a pattern or a template?
Beautiful!

That's gorgeous - keep us posted as you go a long. I can't wait to see the finished product.
I just can't believe how awesome these turn out. Great choice of fabric. :) can't wait to see it finished.
Thank you for taking us on your journey through the work in progress photos. I think the pattern is magic. To take the solid piece of fabric in your first photo and turn it into so many different portraits is amazing to me. That pattern is on my list but it will probably be 2012. Good luck, it is going to be gorgeous.

The middle picture with the blue roses is stunning!!! Did you fussy cut?
It will be gorgeous, I love the original fabric also.
Very nice. Beautiful fabric.
Can't wait to see it done. Love the fabric.
What beautiful fabric you chose! I love the tiny dots on it, that makes it look so airy and pretty. Please post more pix of your progress so we can ooohhhh and aaahhh along with you!
Wow! That will definitely be as pretty as you think it will be! I love OBWs   I've started a practice one but it's not as nice as yours ;-)

I ordered a book from the library called One Block Wonders so hopefully in the next couple of days I too will know how to create these beauties. I can't wait. Your squares look great, that's going to be a gorgeous quilt.
