Oh, I picked it up yesterday. She did a fantastic job! I was pretty happy with the quilt before I sent it, and now I love it. Have no idea what I am going to do with it. After all your wonderful responses from my previous posting I have decided to put it in our local Quilt Guild quilt show. I have to get the binding on it, and then it will really be complete.

It is embroidery machine applique.

Lovely! Looks like a lot of work and it's paid off in a gorgeous quilt. You didn't go to all that work to put it in a box. I recommend showing it and using it. :)

Strange how things are so timely... I am working on a design to use some floral applique patterns I have and I was mulling over framing them in an oval with lace around the edges. Your quilt shows me how that could look. |

Absolutely beautiful.. I can only dream of doing a quilt so beautiful. My DH just bought me an embroidery machine but I wouldn't have a clue on how to do any of your beautiful work. Have you ever thought of doing a tutorial on one of the blocks..... please!! Your my inspiration now!!

Oh it is just stunning. The colors are so gorgeous and you blocks are spectaccular. Yes do put it in a quilt show. More people will be able to enjoy seeing it. I sure did.
