Yes the center motif is added after so they are perfect for tree skirts.

They are all machine done, I figured out a technique by the time I had done them all two or three times, I later found it on a website.

There are 'easy techniques' but I like the look of the old way when it is finished, so I kept working at it until it was easy.

What beautiful work. I just got the pattern for the bargello spiral, waiting for fabric to arrive then I can start on it. You sure have been busy.
