These are a few of the things I have been working on in the past couple of months. The larger ones aren't quilted yet as I am still waiting on my walking foot which I ordered in November.

Bargello in the round from Quilts without corners by Cheryl Phillips workshop at our LQG

The second one is from the leftovers of the original quilt

From a Thimbleberries book it now has borders but has not been quilted, this one really stretched me.

From FreePatternsforQuilting.com I had never done Drunkards Path before,I didn't check to see that my printer was set at 100% for the pattern, when I got it all put together after doing each seam at least twice, the Dresden Plate blocks didn't fit with the Drunkard's Path ones. Had to do a bit of creative trimming.

Also from freepatternsforquilting.com

Some hankies I collected, not sure if I should add too, leave it alone or what, it's a UFO and may stay that way.

It was so easy I couldn't believe it. I stressed for weeks before the workshop. Very time consuming though.

Ginaky 12-15-2010 04:34 PM

Can you please give us the direct link to the site? I couldn't find the one you gave and I would love to have the 2 patterns using the Drunkard's Path block.

These are all stunning!!

A lot of the people in the workshop made them to match their Christmas tree decor so they could use them as tree skirts. It is a round quilt or could be appliqued to a large background to make a square. I think they will look great hanging over the back of a sofa.

Lockeb 12-15-2010 04:38 PM
