This quilt "deconstruct, salvage & save" is the equivalent of a "HAIL MARY PASS" in football! It's just beautiful now....

I'm so pleased it ended well for you!

This is a gorgeous quilt. Lot of work. No wonder you were so sick about it.
What a scary thought to send your quilt out only to have it ruined. There should be a rating on LA quilters.

A beautiful save! So glad that Aubrey could do it over for you. I know your friend was tickled pink with the final result.

It is great that Aubrey was able to repair it. What a difference. Thanks for sharing.

Oh my goodness! First, I am so happy that your lovely quilt was saved! Second, I had no idea there were people out there marketing their services and doing such horrible work. I got really lucky here when I dropped my quilts off with a LA quilter I had never met before. You did the right thing in asking for a refund and I am glad you found someone who does a great job.
