I was able to visit my Marine Corp son and his family over the long weekend. They live on Parris Island, SC. He is a drill instructor!! I was amazed that I had sent them so many quilts and they use them all!! They are much loved. Here are a few photos of the family with their quilts.

You have a wonderful family and have made some very beautiful and well-loved quilts. I love the airplane quilt - my daughter works at an airport and is always asking me to make "airplane" quilts - mostly as baby quilts - but I was curious as to where you found the airplane panels. Kari loves anything to do with airplanes and those panels would make great pillows. Again - a great family and great quilts.
