Thanks for the wonderful comments!!! I seem to have found my favorite quilting method and that is Big Stitch Quilting. I use crochet cotton no 5 and one gets those balls in wonderful different colors. Also the stitches are nice and big because l love to see my quilting as its also such a fun part of the whole journey.
