My second finish of 2017 !
 

[ATTACH=CONFIG]565419[/ATTACH] I made this lap sized pineapple block quilt some time ago . Got it all layered up at the weekend , spent Sunday and Monday quilting it and finished it off with the binding this evening. I need to dig out another UFO now to do the same.

Your fabrics are so pretty! Most pineapple quilts make my head spin, but yours has a lovely balance and a place to rest the eyes. Beautiful job!

I wish I could get a go on with my UFO's but it is SO HOT here at present that I cannot think about making quilts or anything else. I hope that it cools down soon.

What a fantastic finish...I'm doing the same thing, concentrating on a few UFOs before I jump into anything new for 2017.

Very pretty quilt. So often the amount of work needed to finish a UFO is small in comparison to the amount of work that has already been put into it and yet we lay them aside. No nicer pat on the back than "another UFO finished!" Keep up the great trend.

A pineapple block quilt is on bucket list. They look so time consuming and I just haven't gotten started. I really like yours with the white sashing which brings out the colors in the blocks.
