That turned out great. The flannel is nice because it helps keep things from sliding off the lap. The flannel is also kind to tender skin.

They all started as 9' inch squares. I just sewed them together,(one light and one dark) and cut them apart using the HST method. Then I trimmed them down so they were all the same size squares, and layed them out to make the diamond pattern. It was pretty easy to do! |
