Here's a post of my main domain these days. I live in a 1 br apt so space is at a premium. Fortunately I live alone (with my quilt inspectors of course) so I can make as big of a mess as I want to and it doesn't matter until I have to declare war on it and reclaim my home! My sewing nook is in my dining room. It's not this clean right now tho...as I'm sure many of you can say the same this close to Christmas!
Merry Christmas to all and to all a good Light! |
what a perfect solution to limited space & who's to know if you have more threads than crumbs under your table!
Clever use of space!
Great idea. I use the same hanging things for my fabric scraps. I have a lot more scraps than yardage though.
That is a great idea when you have limited space. You are a clever lady. Enjoy it.

What a cute idea!! It is so organized!!
For many years, I used a piece of the living room as my sewing nook. You do need a space when you sew.....how much depends on what's available.
What a creative solution. That makes a great space for you!
And Yes, my sewing room is a disaster! I am wrapping presents in there now and can hardly walk in the door. Time to declare war and reclaim the room! Love your curtains. |
great sewing area, thanks for sharing
Wonderful sew studio, great organization!
Looks great!
I wish I were that neat. I did find a great little DCM box for notions (for my general sewing stuff)when a store was going out of business. I love having it for scraps of lace, etc. |
That is so SMART! When someone is coming over, you have a quick way to straighten up. I sew in the middle of my living room, and the front door opens directly onto the mess. No quick fix for me!
good use of space, well organized
