Such beautiful workmanship on the cabinets! I look oak and those cabinets are especially nice. Great looking sewing room!
Great sewing room. Liked your Baileys Home Quilter. Is that from Baileys in Lecister NY? If so i know, them well. Live about 50 miles from them. Done business and classes there for years.
Awesome!! :) Cute doggie too. :)

Very nice!
Beautiful room. My sewing room also has lots of natural light and it makes me happy just stepping in the door.
How lucky to have a carpenter as your mate. My father was a carpenter too and made my mom lots of furniture. My husband is no good at that kind of thing. And now we're moving and my sewing room is smaller than what I have now. sigh...
great room and great wood working
Wow - where are you at in Michigan? I want to come over and hang out in your sewing room.
I'm impressed, envious and amazed all at once. You and your dh are very talented. I love looking at other sewers/quilters studios...of course it brings home how "not put together" mine is. Inspiration though...thanks for sharing.

I'm saving up for an oak dining room set. I wouldn't mind have a gently used one. Those are the ones with the most character. Love the cabinet with the thread box on top. |
I'll sign up to be his first wood working job if you want. I would love any of that furniture!!!

Even designed and built our house! Did a fantastic oak library in our studio. Takes up the wall!...Yes, he is a keeper! Made me several Oak Quilt Hangers.... Now, that he is retired, I wish he could get some woodworking jobs. He is in the process of finishing his 1932 Ford Roadster. Built it from the ground up..... I wonder sometimes how people can do all those things! LOL Imagine....building your own car! |
WOW, a good man to have around. Is that a Go Cutter I saw in the room??
