shabbyfabrics.com has a download of the template for free. to fold it by.

I used the shabby fabrics template but did not stitch on the first fold line, just pressed it well.
Am sending these trees, with printed template to a sewing relative, so she can make more if she wants for her friends.

Your tree napkins are so pretty. I have the fabrics to make some for my neighbors for a little gift and hopefully will be able to get them done this week since I am snowed in. :(. They really look like a lot of fun to make and now I am undecided if I want to put the trunk on them or not. ???

I didn't like the trunk myself. but it is still cute, either way.
