Great repurposing project and a great way to practice FMQ without taking the time to piece.

Wasn't quilting something that was all about repurposing objects that were no longer useful for the originally intended purpose? You've done a GREAT job with these, and it's a great way to practice FMQ.

Great job. I have used sheets for my backing. I always pick really pretty sheets from the Thrift store and they have worked great and everyone asks where I got such pretty fabric ! I also made a lap quilt from a Waverly sheet and it turned out so pretty.
