I think this is the easiest and quickest pattern I have used in a very long time. It lends itself well to most fat quarters including novelties so would work well for a baby/child, lap quilt. In the future I plan to use it for some of my charity projects because it is so quick.

I like your better.In their pattern those whites they blend in to close together and you can't see the different blocks.You can see your blocks.
