well Thimbleberries has a quilt pattern out called "Nature walk" you can find it here:http://www.mainstreetcottonshop.com/...d_Patterns.asp
You have to scroll down to the one that says "Nature walk" my quilting group made this quilt...but we all chose our own styles...and I obviously changed a few things..cause I don't like to be put in a box right? Mine looks different than everyone else's. I turned my trees upside down and made them flowers...I changed a block and eliminated a block and swapped it for one I already had made from another group member....Of course I used completely different colors and personalized this quilt. I am really excited to have it finished because .......I am going to have my own booth at the Pacific west show in Tacoma, WA later this week! YAY! So if any of you are planning to come to the show..please swing by and say HI! I will be quilting. Blessings C |

Charismah, your quilting is absolutely gorgeous!! Wish I were closer to attend the show in Tacoma. Husband lived in the Sea/Tac area for 30 years before he came home to me (we were high school sweethearts).

Oh Charisma! This is just breathtaking. I love it! Didn't bother to go look at the original pattern seeing as you changed it up so much. The different color thread you used... Is that a varigated? If so, please share color/brand it is just gorgeous.

Edited to add it is sure to draw a lot of interest to your booth at the show! Yes in specific areas I used a variegated thread. It's called FAD 5 by signature. It's really pretty! I try to only use king tut as a vari cause it's so smooth in the machine..but i just knew I would use the fad 5 color way alot so I bought it. It works fine..but I had to make adjustments. You know how it is....you work with a few kinds so much and you know exactly which adjustments to make. |

I was planning on going to the show this weekend but had to make an unexpexded trip to CA. I have been an admirer of you for so long. Would have LOVED to meet you. Next time. Don't get to exhausted.
