This is my first time to post and wanted to share and idea for a baby quilt. I had my grandkids draw pictures of animals and then used the paper piecing idea to transfer them to a simple block quilt. Mostly I wanted to try out my new machine that has all the machine quilting gadgets. The kids loved being part of creating a quilt and I think it really turned out cute

They were so excited about being part of making a quilt. I will probably do another for me like this since this one was for the church to auction at the annual fundraiser.

I think it turned out really well and I love the striped binding. Nice that kids could be part of the project.
