Cute quilt! I like both of these fabrics but the circles one seems to play nicer with the top then the stars and spirals. The stars and spirals is almost too bold for this top and appears to be trying to steal the show.

I like the fabric on the right very much, but I think the one on the left does more for the quilt. IMHO

The right gets my vote.

I love the print on the right, but it draws your eye more to the border, so I'd use the print on the left instead. You don't want to draw too much attention away from the cats.

Both fabrics are cool. I prefer the one on the left for that particular quilt.
