It looks like a variation of the "Rose Star" Block....I put the name in Bing (search engine), and came up with all sorts of pics.

thebossbab 02-21-2013 04:11 AM

That's what I found it under also. Several etsy sites.

twinkie 02-21-2013 07:59 AM

That is very interesting.

mommafank 02-21-2013 11:44 AM

Not sure I can figure it out with the infor given on the site---but so pretty.

Sheepshed 02-21-2013 12:47 PM

I see 6 *kite* shapes that form a hexagon, then a matching colored triangle-point added to the 6 matching colors. Then whie hexagons inbetween.

bloocar 02-21-2013 05:01 PM

mom3 nailed it, the fabric is the same in each picture. I came across this single star wall hanging. http://www.1-800-dreidel.com/jewishq...salemstar.aspx

#1piecemaker 02-21-2013 05:13 PM

I love it!! I can see the hexagon in it. Shouldn't be too hard to make. Hope you find the pattern. Good luck!

Sewbeeit2 02-22-2013 04:10 AM

Gerbie 02-22-2013 06:15 AM

I have no idea, but I sure like the pattern would like to make one like it.

Fabaddict 02-22-2013 06:32 AM

it looks like a hexagon with 6 equal parts, combinded with triangles and plain hexagons. shouldn't be too hard to draft.

Daisy Dew 02-22-2013 06:55 AM

this is what I found with the help of several of you:

http://www.thecaffeinatedquilter.com/?p=600 includes a step by step ta boot!
