I vote for the color of the stars with another one after that, too.

Gayle, I love the lt tan inner border with a darker border, it's very striking that way :D Are we being any help at all :lol:

I'd love the narrow tan border with the #3 wide border.

I like 5, I think it makes the cream stars really shine, maybe with a cream inner border as well?

Seriously, I think the tan inner border is a must - I agree with the earlier comment about blocks the same fabric as the border bleeding into it being a bad thing;

I think a darker outer border makes the tan stars pop more!

Thanks everyone, I will try and get some work done on it tonight after I get home from work.

I'd use the color of the stars for a border, double width of what you've shown and then use the same width again in the dark green.

I like the first one. The idea of a smaller inner border than the first border is a good one. I like the first because it adds sparkle and movement.
