Wow either way you have a winner, I'm leaning to #1

I like the first one, makes the flower squares the focus of the quilt. The second one (floral border) competes with the floral blocks.

wow, first of all that turned out gorgeous. Second, I don't think you can go wrong with either one. Have you thought of a tiny black border then the large red boarder? :)

Wow, both are gorgeous, but I prefer the 1st one.

Another thought if you need more of a border is a very narrow red one with a wider black one.

#1 is my fav., b/c it looks very elegant.

I like the 1st one the best but both are nice. Let us know which way you go.

Both look great so go with which color you like best for where you will use the quilt. I find myself drawn to the red.
